Tom Maxey grows and mills grain on his Gracious Day Farm
in Check, VA. Primland culinary operation uses his milled
products. Tom will be at Primland in the Great Hall to talk
about his cultivation practices and the specific qualities of
the grains (some of them heirloom) he grows.
