About the Speaker, Beth Ratcliff Maiden
In her position of Employee Benefits Client Executive, Beth is responsible for developing and implementing strategic, creative employee benefit plans for her clients. Throughout her tenure in Employee Benefits, Beth has served in a consultative capacity and strives to build a long-term relationship with her clients. Beth wants to serve as a partner throughout the entire benefits process – from selecting and placing insurance benefits to educating employees on those benefits to assisting the client with maintaining compliance.
Prior to moving into the Employee Benefits arena, Beth spent 10 years as a Human Resources professional. While in HR, Beth was responsible for all facets of HR – recruiting, training, compliance, benefits, as well as serving in the capacity of Corporate Officer. Beth spent time in both manufacturing and banking during her HR
tenure. Because of her HR experience, Beth possesses a unique understanding of her clients’ employee benefits. During her tenure in HR, Beth was certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
