All classes are held from 8—10:00 a.m. at the West Piedmont Business Development Center located at 22 E. Church Street. We will meet in the third floor of the building in room 307.
March 7 — Session 1: Who are you?
Using self-assessment and discussion we will explore "who we are" and "how we are" to begin working toward finding our natural management styles and using them to be successful managers.
March 14 — Session 2: You are the boss.
We will explore what it is to be the boss, how it is different for different leaders and how it is different for different followers.
March 21 — Session 3: To be successful...
We will explore the things a boss does and the best way for you to do them by managing yourself.
March 28 — Session 4: Make everyone successful!
We will explore dealing with people, emotions, work, and how to manage them all successfully.
