Smith River Fest is an annual event held each year in Martinsville-Henry County, Virginia. The purpose of the event is to showcase the Smith River and the surrounding region as a recreational destination and a venue for novice and veteran paddlers alike to experience the beautiful waters of the Smith River. The event is truly a celebration of all things associated with the Smith River- paddling, hiking, biking, fishing and nature watching!
