Bring in canned food to pay library fines

Do you have some overdue fines? All branches of the Blue Ridge Regional Library are participating in “Food for Fines” starting October 29th and running until December 7th. Drop into any branch and bring a non-perishable item, like a can of soup, and get $1 forgiven per food item. Don’t have any fines? You can still donate! All collected items will be donated to the Martinsville-Henry County Salvation Army food bank to help local families in need.
